Jacob Thompson is a director, producer and editor from Toronto, Ontario holding a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film from Ryerson University. His work explores themes such as alienation, social and economic justice and generational conflict.
As an editor, Jacob has worked on numerous documentary, docuseries, and narrative projects that have been nationally broadcast on networks such as TSN and TVO.
In addition to his creative work, Jacob produces and edits digital video content for a variety of clients in Canada and the United States and has previously worked with brands such as Tim Hortons, Shopify, Cisco, Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment & Microsoft.
Jacob is currently working on a short film entitled Please Eat Organic which will be his directorial debut.
